At No Guts No Glory (ngngdesign.com) we’re committed to protecting your privacy. We will never rent or sell your personal information to any third party. This Privacy Policy describes the information that we collect when you use this site, how we collect it, and what we do with it. No Guts No Glory may modify this Privacy Policy, which modification will be effective immediately but will never mean your information will be shared.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you create an account on this site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address or credit card information. You may of course also visit our site anonymously.

Additionally, when you browse our site, certain information relating to your devise, such as your IP address, Web Browser information and some cookies are automatically collected.  As you browse our site information is collected relating to the individual pages or products that you view as well as any searches that you carry out.

When you make a purchase from No Guts No Glory, we will collect certain information from you in order to process your transaction.  This will include your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, contact telephone number and information relating to your payment method (debit/credit card or PayPal).
If you wish, you may opt-in to our mailing list.  If you do this we will collect your email address as well as your IP address and information relating to the time and date that you signed up to receive emails from us. 
We regard all of the above as your 'Personal Information'
Additionally, when booking onto a workshop, we will retain your name, telephone number and email address on a spreadsheet until up to seven days after the date of the workshop.  This is so that we can contact you on the day of the workshop if necessary (to inform you of any changes to make enquiries if you are absent for example).   This information will be available to the host of the workshop at the time of the event, and you will be able to decide whether you would like us to use this information to keep you up to date regarding future events and other news.

What do we use your Personal Information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

;To process transactions, and to contact you regarding your transaction if necessary.  We may enter your shipping information into a courier's website in order to send your purchase to you.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.  The email(s) that we receive relating to your order are deleted.

Data Retention

Certain information relating to your order will be retained on our website for our records.  It is within our Legal Interests to retain this information as it may relate to our tax records.  You may request that we delete this information.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (couriers etc), and only parties who agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
